  1. All clowders are joined peacefully together under the Society
  2. All clowders must ensure that no other clowder fails
  3. No cat shall kill another cat
  4. No prey should be wasted
  5. All clowders should be respected and treated fairly, no matter their culture or traditions
  6. All government and laws are made by cats, for every cat
  7. A gathering occurs at the end of every month where all cats able must attend
  8. If a cat is injusticed by another, then they are allowed to take action against the accused
  9. If a cat feels they are wrongfully accused then they may take it up to the leaders at the gathering
  10. Leaders and Deputies govern the clowders with permission of the cats
  11. Deputies come up with solutions for the clowders, which are then voted on at gatherings by all the cats
  12. Leaders are the faces of the Society and deal with international relations, and allow who goes in and out of the Society
  13. There should always be multiple Leaders and multiple Deputies
  14. Cats who go against the code are exiled
  15. At any time, cats can tell the Deputies or Leaders that they are unhappy with a decision made
  16. Leaders and Deputies must listen to the cats they govern over
